STL Cardinal Rants

My husband’s extended family has been in town and his grandparents don’t have Fox Sports Midwest, so I haven’t caught the past two games.  Probably for the best, let’s me honest.  Don’t know if I’ll catch today’s, but I’m just hoping Carps does some magic.

I have a lot of extended family in Iowa/Chicago which, unfortunately, means they are Cubs fans.  And the thing about Cubs fans is that even though the Cubs SUCK and the whole World Series thing… they think they can brag about a Cubs win over the Cardinals.

Let’s be real, Cubs fans… you could sweep the Cardinals and it still wouldn’t matter.  Most people have been alive to see a Cardinals World Series win.  Is there anyone still alive who has seen the Cubs hold up that trophy?
